Rules & Scoring
How the season-long league works.
Every matchweek
Enter the exact score of all ten fixtures in the matchweek.
Scoring
- 6 points for the exact score. You nailed the scoreline. Actual 2–1, you entered 2-1.
- 4 points for the correct goal difference. Right winner and right margin, wrong scoreline. Actual 2–1, you entered 3-2.
- 3 points for the correct match result. Right winner, wrong margin. Actual 2–1, you entered 2-0 or 3-1
- 0 points otherwise.
A correctly called draw always scores at least 4, because the goal difference is automatically right.
The Double
Each matchweek you nominate one match as your Double. Its points count twice.
The deadline
All picks for a matchweek lock at the first kickoff of that matchweek. No changes after that.
Picks are revealed to the whole league at kickoff. Nobody can see them earlier, not even the league admin.
Season picks
Before the season starts, you seal three long-range calls:
- Champion: 30 points.
- Top 4 (any order): 8 points for each correct club.
- The three relegated (any order): 10 points for each correct club.
These lock at the first kickoff of Matchweek 1.
Season pick points are awarded the moment an outcome is mathematically certain, not before.
Manager of the Month
A fresh points race every calendar month, so there is always something live to win.
The Manager of the Month wins an extra Double, usable in any later matchweek.
The tie-breaker
If two players finish level on total points, the crown goes to:
- Most match points (season picks excluded).
- Most exact scores.
- Most matchweek wins.
If it is still tied after all that, the crown is shared. The ticker will never let either of you live it down.
